KB-15: 10-Step Inquiry Qualification & Triage
Operational playbook for vetting inbound RFQs, assessing technical fit, uncovering hidden project scopes, and eliminating unqualified inquiries.
Module KB-15 establishes the 10-step inquiry qualification protocol executed by KSM Bathware sales engineering teams. When an inbound inquiry arrives via our website, email, or WhatsApp, it is triaged within 120 minutes across three evaluation levels: L1 verifies basic company existence, target market jurisdiction, and destination port; L2 examines technical parameters including connection thread standard (G 1/2", NPT, 9/16 UNEF), flow rate mandates, and specific surface finish requirements (Chrome, Gunmetal, PVD); L3 uncovers commercial scope, estimated annual container volume, and decision timelines. Unqualified retail inquiries for single pieces are politely redirected to local retail partners, while qualified B2B commercial inquiries receive structured Good/Better/Best quotations, 20GP/40HQ loading calculations, and sample credit agreements within 24 hours.
