KB-05: In-House 5-Stage Manufacturing & Testing

Module KB-05 details Quanzhou Keshiman's 5-stage closed-loop manufacturing infrastructure in Nan'an Luncang, which eliminates the quality variances common to outsourced assembly. Stage 1 executes precision mold development on high-speed CNC milling machines with 0.02 mm tolerances. Stage 2 performs heavy gravity and low-pressure brass casting with CW617N low-lead alloy, ensuring uniform wall thickness and zero internal porosity. Stage 3 conducts multi-axis CNC precision machining, thread milling, and in-line 1.6 MPa hydrostatic burst validation. Stage 4 executes multi-stage robotic and manual mirror polishing down to Ra < 0.05 μm surface roughness. Stage 5 operates an in-house 6-layer electroplating line applying copper, nickel, chrome, or PVD finishes verified through continuous 24-hour Acidic Salt Spray testing (ASS Level 10). This fully enclosed ecosystem produces over 80,000 units monthly under strict ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
